Mirdita means "Good day" in Albanian. We roasted this Colombian coffee dark, so as to bring more chocolate, earth and sweetness into your morning ritual. The amount of times our guests have said "This is a hot chocolaty type of coffee" has surprised me, and it's become one of the most loved qualities of this brew.

Ground specifically for pour over preparation using a medium coarse grind size (3,000 to 5,000 particles per bean), perfect for Chemex, Hario V60, and other pour over methods.
