At Zemras Coffee, we strive to deliver your coffee fresh and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, pre-sale orders, and delivery expectations.

 

1. Order Processing Time

- All in-stock orders are processed within **1-7 business days**. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, sales, or periods of high demand.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

- Once shipped, delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Please allow an additional **3-7 business days** for transit within the continental United States.

 

3. Pre-Sale Orders

From time to time, we offer items on pre-sale. These items may take longer to ship, as they are either being specially prepared or are part of a limited release.

- Pre-sale orders may take **up to 4 weeks** to ship, depending on availability and production schedules.

- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order will ship once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

 

4. Shipping Delays

- While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or supply chain disruptions). We appreciate your patience in such cases.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
