We’re Jeremy and Saimir, the two people behind Zemras Coffee. When we began, we weren’t trying to imitate anyone or follow a formula. We were just chasing a better cup of Turkish coffee, even if that meant stepping outside the lines of tradition to get there.

We ended up creating something we haven’t seen anywhere else. A cleaner brew, a smoother experience, and a way of serving this centuries-old drink that feels both familiar and completely new. It has been the most rewarding part of this whole journey, and it is something we want to share with people who appreciate craft and curiosity as much as we do.

We just launched our creator program through Shopify Collabs, and we’re opening it to anyone who wants to help us get this story out there. There is no pressure and no big pitch. Just an honest invitation to be part of something different in the coffee world.
