Hëna means "Moon" in Albanian. First, this Honduran organic coffee has been decaffeinated using Mountain Water Process, using pure water from Pico de Orizaba to remove caffeine without the use of chemicals. This process creates clean, complex coffee that honors the bean's natural character.

Then the bean was roasted medium dark to give you that chocolaty coffee taste without the buzz. Perfect for evening rituals or anytime you want the comforting warmth of coffee without caffeine.
